Munich, February 20 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met with Israeli Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benny Gantz on the sidelines of the 58th Munich Security Conference.
The two sides stressed the importance of intensifying joint efforts to maintain security and stability in the region and to promote regional and international peace.
The meeting also discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, and a number of issues of common interest.
