Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Bahrain Fort Museum hosted today an Omani poetry evening, as the Kingdom of Bahrain prepares to celebrate its national holidays.
The event, titled “Oman’s Greetings to Bahrain,” was organized by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) and the Embassy of Oman in Bahrain, in cooperation with the Bahrain Poetry Society.
The event was attended by the Minister of Information Affairs, Dr. Ramadan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Faisal bin Harib bin Hamad Al Busaidi, and Arab ambassadors and cultural and media personalities. .
Four poets participated in the ceremony, two from Oman – Fahd bin Suroor Al-Saadi and Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Saadi, and two from Bahrain – Sabeeka Muhammad Al-Shehhi and Muhammad Mansour Mubarak.
