Bahrain Bourse ends trading at 1,906.88 points

Manama, May 2 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,906.88 points, an increase of 2.49 points from the previous close.

This increase is attributed to the rise in the telecommunications services sector, the financial sector, and the industrial sector.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 686.18 points, recording an increase of 3.86 points over the previous close.

The results indicated that 125 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 3,512,920, with a value of 2,376,597 Bahraini Dinars.

Investors trade mainly in the materials sector and account for 87.17% of the total value of securities traded.
