Manama, October 12 (BNA) The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,875.14 points, recording a decrease of 3.37 points from the previous closing.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector, the industrial sector, and the materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at the level of 656.61 points, recording a decrease of 0.49 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 61 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 1,884,034, with a value of 1,382,619 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the non-Bahraini corporate sector and represent 85.59% of the total value of traded securities.
