Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): The Bahrain Anti-Doping Agency (B-NADO) has obtained international accreditation from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
The agency has been accredited as a globally independent body in the field of international doping, after passing the requirements and applying all special standards.

“The international recognition of the Bahrain Anti-Doping Agency as an independent entity reflects the efforts made by the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Olympic Committee in combating the scourge of doping and striving to implement the regulations and laws stipulated in the International Olympic Charter. He stressed the role of the Bahrain Anti-Doping Agency as a competent and independent body to implement the provisions of the international code related to anti-doping in the sports field.
