Manama, September 16 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Cairo and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States Hisham bin Muhammad Al-Jowder confirmed that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visit today to the Arab Republic of Egypt and his talks. With his brother, His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, a new qualitative leap in the constantly increasing distinguished relations.
He added that the visit of His Majesty the King represents a great impetus as it will open new and promising horizons for the good and prosperity of the two brotherly countries and peoples and the Arab nation.
Ambassador Al-Jowder added that the visit was greatly welcomed by the Egyptian leadership, government and people, amid appreciation at all levels for the firm and pioneering positions of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its wise leadership in supporting the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt in various fields. Circumstances and on multiple occasions, based on deep and solid relationships and common bonds, to be a well-established model of fraternal relations that should prevail among brothers.
He stressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, stands faithfully with Egypt, its leadership and its brotherly people against any attempt to undermine Egyptian and Arab national security, adding that everyone knows the strength of this relationship that unites His Majesty and His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.
The relationship was translated into actions and everyone knows this fact, and history testifies that the first Arab and international leader to visit the Arab Republic of Egypt after the June 30 revolution, specifically on July 1, 2013, was King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. said the ambassador.
He said that this visit came with the King’s love and appreciation for this great country, its people and its leadership, explaining that the continuous contacts and permanent mutual visits between the leaderships of the two countries reflect and benefit from the progress of bilateral relations. The important royal visit in terms of its importance and timing to be an additional factor in consolidating bilateral relations.
He added that it will contribute to protecting Arab national security through a continuous exchange of views, consultation and activation of signed agreements to keep pace with the rapid and successive changes taking place in the region and the world.
