Manama. November 3 (BNA): Bahrain General Index closed at 1,774.56 points, recording an increase of 5.02 points over the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the telecom services sector and the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 709.46 points, recording an increase of 14.45 points over the previous closing.
The results indicated that 135 transactions were made on equity, with a volume of 6,577.571, with a value of 1,088,669 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 82.09% of the total value of traded securities.
