Manama, October 2 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at 1,881.22 points, recording a decrease of 0.77 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector and the real estate sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 657.07 points, recording a decrease of 5.02 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 34 stock transactions with a volume of 1,087,445 were completed, with a value of 223.353 Bahraini Dinars.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 61.66% of the total value of traded securities.
