Manama, Jan. 18 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,810.57 points, recording a decrease of 4.62 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the telecom services sector and the financial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 762.68 points, recording an increase of 0.07 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 105 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 4,005,247, with a value of 1,856,209 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the materials sector and represent 45.80% of the total value of traded securities.
