Manama, October 6 (BNA) The President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Sheikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received Pakistani Ambassador Mohammed Ayoub.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Sheikha Mai said that Bahrain always seeks to enhance cultural communication with various countries, noting the strong Bahraini-Pakistani cultural relations.
They discussed coordination to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Pakistan, to organize a program during the upcoming Spring of Culture.
The ambassador presented a copy of the golden jubilee logo of relations between the two countries.
He stressed that Bahrain and Pakistan enjoy strong historical relations, expressing his thanks for the efforts of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities in promoting cultural communication.
