BACA President receives NIHR Chairperson

Manama, July 3 (BNA) The President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Sheikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received today the President of the National Institution for Human Rights Ali Ahmed Al-Dirazi, in the presence of the Heritage Advisor at the Arab Regional Center for World Heritage, Munir Bushnaki.


They discussed topics related to ways to enhance the cultural movement in the Kingdom.


Sheikha Mai praised the effective and continuous participation of the National Institution for Human Rights in the programs and seasons of the authority, noting the importance of its participation in the Bahrain Summer Festival, which is scheduled to start next July 11.


Al-Darazi expressed his thanks to the authority for its efforts in consolidating the national identity and preserving the Kingdom’s national cultural heritage.


He stressed the importance of continuous constructive cooperation between the National Institution for Human Rights and the National Institute for Human Rights, adding that the National Institution for Human Rights looks forward to participating in the various cultural seasons aimed at consolidating the Kingdom’s position at all levels.
