The authority explained in a statement that a team of international experts is preparing for the first phase of restoration work, which is the stage of preliminary studies, in which the current situation and condition of the fort building is evaluated using modern technologies to study its construction. condition and problems.
The statement added that for this reason, three-dimensional laser scanning and analysis of building materials were used to determine the causes of damage and the factors that led to the fall of parts of the castle’s outer walls. A team constantly monitors the structural condition of the castle.
The authority confirmed that a team is constantly following up on the construction status of the castle.
