Job description and summary
As our BCR team grows, we currently have the opportunity to obtain a highly ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Associate with a proven track record of delivering high quality client projects. We would like to hear from senior colleagues who have experience working with; Information technology controls and ERP systems and a background in finance, risk and control. Project assurance experience and technical skills in one or more of the following areas – Finance, Projects, Expenses, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Material Resource Planning, Human Resources, and Payroll would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to have strong project management skills as the delivery role requires client management, project budgeting, finance management, training and resource management in a portfolio of clients. The main part of the delivery will be the creation, review and delivery of complex client deliverables which will include executive level reports all the way to detailed design documents.
Develop yourself personally, paying close attention to trends in IT controls and technology and influencing our customers so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the marketplace
The role also requires the candidate to be able to collaborate with colleagues across different competencies (eg data assurance, cyber security, enterprise resilience) to deliver high-value solutions to our clients
Depending on clients’ requirements, candidates will provide hands-on ERP experience focused on risk and control to discuss and design potential solutions, or they will ensure quality and recommend changes to designs submitted by third parties.
Work with colleagues across all Middle East offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams when required; And,
– Keep up with current trends from the region and from around the world.
The role sits within a rapidly growing part of PwC’s risk assurance practice in the Middle East.
You will be an integral part of the team responsible for delivering IT audit solutions as well as ERP / solutions across a range of sectors.
You will have access to the latest training and development tools and the support of PwC’s broader network.

requirements:

The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and able to adapt on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and high energy that will translate into high quality output.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields such as computer science, information technology, business, accounting, etc.
Years of Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in IT audit, risk and controls, ERP project experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
Implementation experience will be beneficial.
Strong interest and passion in people development and working collaboratively.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven IT skills in the following programs – Aura, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google, etc.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluent in English, but a multilingual Arabic speaker is preferred.
