Job description and summary
PwC Middle East is expanding its newly established Tax Acceleration Center (TAC) in Egypt. TAC will play a key role in supporting the PwC network in the Middle East in the areas of taxation, including but not limited to value-added tax, corporate tax, and translation services for offices across the GCC and the Middle East.

This is a great opportunity to join a young and professional team, providing quality tax services and supporting internal customer facing teams at PwC across the region. Working in a Tax Acceleration Center will allow you to gain regional knowledge and experience with tax compliance in rapidly developing markets, specifically Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
As PwC continues to invest in the region and develop local talent, as a participant in the Tax Acceleration Center, your responsibilities will include:
– Knowledge of relevant regional tax and legislation compliance
Translation of tax documents
Clear interaction and communication between you and the customer-facing team
– Preparing, compiling and entering data
– Verify and correct data when necessary
– Get more information from incomplete documents
– Updating data
– Copy the information into the required electronic formats
– Review the work done for accuracy
– Store completed documents in specific locations
Keeping books or records of activities and tasks
Responding to requests for information and access to related files
Participation in all training programs
Take advantage of the systems

requirements:

– University degree in translation or any other related field
Proficient in computer related applications such as MS Office-Excel
Accurate keyboard skills and a proven ability to enter data at the required speed
– Know the correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
The ability to translate documents into Arabic
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak seasonal periods where there are regulatory deadlines
Desire to learn and add value
– Ability to build collaborative working relationships, and establish credibility
Bilingual (English and Arabic)
