Assistant Undersecretary hails Bahrain’s success in winning 13 at Gulf Radio and Television Festival

Manama, June 24 (BNA) The Assistant Undersecretary for Radio and Television Affairs at the Ministry of Information Affairs, Abdullah Khalid Al-Dosari, praised the success of Bahraini radio and television programs in obtaining 13 awards in the fifteenth session.The tenth Gulf Radio and Television Festival, of which eight gold and five silver.

The prizes were as follows:

– Watani program won the Golden Sail Award in the TV talk show category.

The “Kafu” Ramadan program won the Golden Sail Award in the category of outstanding TV programs.
The radio program “Paradise of the Earth” won the Golden Sail Award in the category of religious radio programmes.
Windows on the Future won the Golden Sail Award in the category of radio talk shows.
– “The Green Rectangle” won the Golden Sail Award in the sports radio program category, in partnership with Radio Kuwait.
The Um Sahnoun Diary series won the Golden Sail Award for the comedy radio drama category.
The series “Zaqam” directed by Ahmed Yaqoub Al-Muqlaa won the Golden Sail Award for the TV community drama category.
The “Hashtaq Show” program won the Golden Sheraa Award in the TV drama category with Saudi TV.
– “Imados Islands” (Imados Islands) won the Silver Sail Award in the category of radio community drama, along with Kuwait Radio.
– Souk Okaz (Souk Okaz) won the Silver Sail Award in the category of radio cultural programmes.
– “Panorama Al-Malaeb” program won the Silver Sail Award in the category of television sports programs in partnership with Oman TV.
BeAware Lounge won the Silver Seal Award in the TV Awareness Breaks category.
The “Ailona” program (Our Children) won the Silver Sail Award in the Family and Child category.

Al-Dosari expressed his pride in the steadfast support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the media sector, which contributes to the distinction of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The media and its employees.

The Assistant Undersecretary expressed his congratulations to the Minister of Information Affairs, Ramadan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, for the outstanding achievements of Bahrain Radio and Television programmes.

He pledged to continue this distinction and work hard in order to better serve the Bahraini media and highlight the bright civilized and developmental image of the Kingdom.

He pointed out that the distinguished achievements of the Bahraini media competencies add to the Kingdom’s rich record in this regard, and confirm the quality of Bahraini radio and television works that meet the needs of viewers and listeners, which earned them Gulf and Arab fame.
