To manage the general operation of the restaurant, by following the objectives set for the highest standards in professional management and administration as well as in the development of efficient and fair staff.

Main roles and responsibilities
Motivating, disciplining, directing and supervising the work of all restaurant employees
Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of professionalism for employees
– Managing the daily operations of the restaurant
Effectively handle complaints and restore service
Ensure that standards are followed in accordance with F&B policies and procedures
Ensure that all employees have complete product knowledge
Check the quality of food and drinks regularly
– Follow applicable and proper accounting procedures
Hold one-to-one monthly staff meetings to set and monitor goals and achievements, and update performance records accordingly
– Conduct day-to-day operations and ensure employees adhere to grooming standards
– Establish maintenance schedules
– Coordination with stock supervision and breakage control
Maintaining a daily log book with clear and concise information on operations.
– Create guest database with regular guest preference records
Scheduling staff to maintain hotel service standards within budgeted labor costs
Assign responsibilities to subordinates and conduct regular performance checks
Executing weekly cleaning schedules for operating equipment
Managing the organization and cleanliness of the departmental areas by conducting weekly tours with the Cleanliness Manager, Housekeeping Department, and Engineering Department
Monitor the inventory of all equipment in the restaurant
Constantly monitoring the employees’ appearance, behavior and degree of professionalism

– Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
Must be presentable and professional at all times
– Excellent leader and coach with strong motivational skills

qualifications
Certificate in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent
