As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing the team allowing guests to rediscover the true meaning of hospitality, while enjoying authentic and unforgettable experiences.

What will you do:
– supervision and delegation of tasks; Ensure that brand standards are maintained
Assist in leading, directing and training the Food and Beverage Operations team
Connection to the kitchen to ensure the highest level of food quality and visual appeal
– Supervises the service standards at the port to ensure that they conform to the required standards and meet or exceed customers
Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring and controlling the financial performance of the cost and expense control outlet
Your experience and skills include:
– Previous work experience of not less than 3 years in the same capacity in a luxury or luxury restaurant
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the stage for high performance
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage in a diverse and luxurious environment
