The Assistant Production Manager will assist (and report to) the Production Manager at one of our chemical manufacturing facilities. The candidate will assist in managing the production process and applicable workforce from the receipt of raw materials through the entire process to the production of the final chemical.
An experienced, highly motivated and qualified Chemical Engineer who can effectively manage a team of employees while ensuring that the highest standards of production standards are adhered to at all times. Experience in managing a chemical production plant, managing, training and developing personnel, planning routine and scheduled maintenance, and health and safety awareness and training.
