Applications for the CPISP 2023 scholarship program now open

Manama, March 9 (BUS): The Crown Prince International Scholarship Program (CPISP) ​​has started accepting applications for the 2023 Scholarship Program online at: www.cpisp.bh.


To qualify, Bahraini students scheduled to graduate in 2023 must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 97% during the tenth semester and first semester of Class 11. The application period will be from 1 to 17 March 2022.


Applicants are required to submit an official transcript in English, covering grade 10 and first semester of grade 11, scanned copies of an identity document (smart ID card and valid passport) and a recent photo.


Explaining the application procedure, CPISP’s Director of Finance and Administration, Ms. Shatha Ahmed Ali, said: “Students who meet the application criteria will undergo further tests to assess their English proficiency and critical thinking abilities. Among them, 40 are students in government schools and 20 will be selected of private school students based on their cumulative average and assessment scores to be enrolled in the program’s training courses, which will take place during the summer and move to the beginning of the next academic year.”


The final ten scholarship winners, five male and five female, will be announced in April 2023. Scholarship decisions are merit-based and are based on GPA, IELTS and SAT scores, as well as course results.
