Describe
* Building domain expertise in the fields of statistics that can contribute to policy making.
* Working with other government agencies, assessing their requirements and developing new analytics use cases and statistical products, which can then be scaled up and adapted.
* Conduct primary and secondary research to improve existing competencies in analytics and statistics.
* Conduct a horizon survey to ensure the organization is constantly learning from and beyond global changes in statistics and analytics.
* Lead and direct your team of analysts and specialists.

Strong experience in stakeholder management with government entities either at the federal or UAE level.

* Excellent technical skills and extensive people management experience.
