We are currently growing our Transaction Advisory Services team to meet the growing demand. As part of the team, you can expect exposure to the full range of client types and needs, along with formal training to support your personal goals.

Your main responsibilities

As a member of the Transaction Care team, you will participate in due diligence processes related to transactions involving groups of private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers. You will prepare analyzes of historical and fictitious financial information to assess trends and volatility that may affect cash flow requirements and evaluate deals. You will function effectively as a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can identify risks, problems and opportunities, and suggest simple and effective strategies to drive improvement. Building relationships with and supporting colleagues throughout the work and fostering a collaborative culture will be an essential part of this role.

To qualify for the role you must have

Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, with demonstrated competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis
– 2+ years of relevant work experience
A genuine interest in financial strategy and a constantly updated understanding of current trends and issues
Strong MS office skills, especially when modeling with Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by the confidence to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
Ability to influence colleagues and communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to non-technical audiences

Ideally, you will also have

Exposure to the discounted cash flow valuation methodology
Strong business initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
Fluency in Arabic language skills highly desirable
