What will you do:
You will take care of resource planning, managing your team, and supporting your team’s development.
Assist in leading, directing and training the Food and Beverage Operations team
– supervision and delegation of tasks; Ensure that brand standards are maintained
Connection to the kitchen to ensure the highest level of food quality and visual appeal
Focus on guest feedback and always ready to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Your experience and skills include:
– It must be accurate. 2 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor for a busy all day restaurant.
Certificate in Hospitality/Food and Beverage Management
Service focused personality is essential and passion for everything from food and drinks
Must have a proactive approach with attention to detail to ensure consistent service across the restaurant.
Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
This position is open to Saudis.
