(Alba), one of the largest aluminum smelters in the world, today announced the appointment of its Chief Executive Officer, Ali Al Baqali, the only Arab on the list, to the National Safety Council (NSC’s 2023 list of CEOs), in recognition of his commitment to protecting and raising the level of safety culture for Alba’s employees and contractor workers. throughout the company.
This annual recognition by the National Security Council highlights leaders who have built their organizations’ safety strategy using four key components: risk reduction, performance measurement, and safety management solutions as well as leadership and employee engagement.
