Kuwait, June 12 / BNA / The Bahraini star won the 38-goal raceThe tenth The Gulf Clubs Handball Cup was held in Kuwait City from 4 to 12 June. Seven teams representing the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council competed in the tournament.
Al-Nijma won the prestigious cup for the sixth time in its history, after defeating the Saudi handball team Mudar 30-24 in the final match. The Bahraini team advanced 18-12 at the end of the first half of the match.
The star was crowned with the cup in Sharjah (1984), Bahrain (1985), A. Al Ain (1990), Doha (1998) and Bahrain (2001).
