Manama, November 3 (BNA) The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, His Eminence, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Chairman of the Council of Muslim Elders, received at his residence the UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. .
Dr. Al-Tayeb praised the scientific, religious and cultural relations linking Al-Azhar with the United Arab Emirates, and praised the efforts of the country’s leaders in promoting the values of brotherhood and tolerance and defending Arab and Islamic issues.
The Emirati minister praised the efforts of the Imam of Al-Azhar, who contributed to correcting the concepts of the Islamic religion and showing the truth of our true religion.
