The successful candidate will perform a variety of Administrator/Document Control functions for the project and coordinate document flow between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team or other management groups.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (eg assigned tasks and next steps)
• Divide projects into executable tasks and define timeframes and goals
• Create and update workflow
• Perform risk analyses
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Request resources, such as equipment and software
• Retrieval of necessary information (eg user/customer requirements and relevant case studies)
• Track expenses and forecast future costs
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure that deliverables meet requirements
• Measure and report on project performance
• Act as a point of contact for all participants

requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience required, with Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of the competitive architecture, engineering, planning and landscape industry trends in Saudi Arabia
• Strong in coordination and reporting
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written – English and Arabic is a must.
