Process ledger and ledger entries in accordance with established procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in preparing financial statements and ad hoc reports when needed.
Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits to ensure timely and accurate information is provided at all times.
Accurately process payments and invoices in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Liaise with the SSC accounting team on the monthly and annual closing process by ensuring deadlines are met, general ledger accounts are closed and adjustments are made according to the specified period end calendar.
Liaise with banks and other financial institutions for day-to-day operations and ensure that bank related documents are complete and accurate (bank forms, know your customer…).
Assist in collecting all required information and filling out the necessary documents for the preparation of tax reports and audits.
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting or Finance
2-4 years of experience in a similar field
– mastering English language
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
