• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
• Processing of shipping documents.
• Preparing Coupons, Invoice, P/O’s, Checks.
• Summarizes the current financial situation by collecting information. Preparing the budget, profit and loss statement and other reports.
• Prove financial transactions by reviewing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the accounts department + department for any work related to the accounts.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Works on the current accounting software used by the company.
• Work with company banks to obtain and reconcile sensitive information.
• Proficient in accounting software and all core concepts.
• Audit experience is a plus
• Attention to detail: You must pay attention to every penny, making sure everything is in order.
• Computer skills: Much of your work will be done on computers, entering spreadsheets, documents and reports.
• Math skills: accountants do math, plain and simple. You will need to be comfortable with basic math skills.
• Analytical skills: You will look at complex numbers and try to find differences, areas of cost savings and new solutions.
