Accommodation Supervisor (fixed term contract until December 2023)

What will you do:
Coordinate residency requirements with talent and culture department for incoming staff.
Ensure that all new employees appear around the accommodation and are well settled.
Ensure that overall maintenance and cleanliness are maintained in staff accommodation by conducting regular periodic inspections.
Ensure that all employees abide by the residency rules.
Maintain files including accommodation inventory, maintenance records and loss/damage reports.
Assist in posting/clearing bulletin boards when required.
– Assisting in receiving the incoming employee and sending the departing employee at the airport.
Your experience and skills include:
Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable, experience in Qatar is an added advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a large scale property
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong employee relations and organizational skills
– Good interpersonal skills, guest and employee orientation and service minded
– Team spirit
Good listening skills and predictability
Empathy with the ability to see from all sides
