Access and Security Support Manager – Riyadh
Supporting IT business systems and technologies within the company. This role acts as corporate governance and intermediary between production systems, supporting application partners, technology partners, and corporate business functions providing support in provisioning, de-provisioning, and assigning appropriate access to user/group accounts in Active Directory / privileged access management system. The role includes managing user accounts, groups, file/folder permissions, and managing the process around identity lifecycle management. To ensure separate access to data, to reduce suppliers’ access to only those functions and those times required to enable management, maintenance, and support delivery.
specific function
• Experience in technologies such as Java, LDAP and Linux
• Working knowledge of web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache)
• Experience in developing/configuring standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net or other major scripting languages
• Experience in implementing identity and access management projects.
• Experience in implementing application integrations with an IAM solution that deals with provisioning (eg workflow), single sign-on (WIA, forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts
• Day-to-day business as usual support for the identity and access management platform
• Technical management of the PAM . system
• Contribute to iAM’s long-term engineering roadmap
• Assist in managing key enterprise systems (including but not limited to; SharePoint, Threat Systems, Office 365 / Azure and many more)
• Engage with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and prioritize work pipelines
• Identifying, communicating and managing risks.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, virtual IT architectures, systems engineering and systems from hardware to application development.
• Support production, processes, procedures and best practices.
• Production/management support with a major airline, facility or financial institution with access to production and immigration controls.
• Strong technical and technical knowledge of information technology.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and best practices.
• Fluency in English (must) and any additional language would be desirable.
• Regulatory awareness and compliance.
Required experience:
• Extensive experience (5 – 10 years) in a senior IT management role, 5 years production support.
• Experience in managing large arrangements and outsourcing.
In-depth knowledge and specific operational experience in two or more of the following:
• Aviation operations, engineering and corporate systems
• Mid-range server virtualization architectures.
• Controls access to production and posting toolkits.
• Business technology architectures, email office, and collaboration.
• IT security standards.
• Familiarity with current IT trends.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline from a reputable university.
