66 air conditioning units at Manama Central Market to be repaired

Manama, August 20 (BNA) The Capital’s Board of Trustees affirmed that periodic maintenance work in the Manama Central Market is a priority, given the importance of ensuring a comfortable environment that meets health and safety standards for merchants and shoppers.

The Capital Board of Trustees confirmed, in a statement, that one of the contractors has already started carrying out maintenance work on the central air conditioners to ensure that they are operating normally as soon as possible.

She indicated that up to 66 air conditioning units will be repaired, including 44 units in the fruit and vegetable market, 11 in the fish market and 11 in the meat market.

The Capital Board of Trustees confirmed that it will continue its plans to develop and maintain the Manama Central Market, which includes 487 commercial units, in order to remove all obstacles facing merchants and shoppers, and in order to provide the highest level of services in the region. In order to enhance the continuation of the commercial movement in the Kingdom.

The Capital Board of Trustees also confirmed that it is currently coordinating with the Capital Municipal Council to study plans and proposals for a major renovation of the Manama Central Market to improve the quality of services provided to traders and customers.
