Working Capital Management in the Middle East and North Africa region helps our partners provide exceptional customer service with a focus on corporate cash and liquidity. We are looking for exceptional cash collection specialists to join this new team to resolve overdue accounts, working with participating teams and with customers directly to resolve overdue AR by coordinating the resolution of disputes delaying payments; By progressing the billing chase through customer approval and payment processes and escalation of problematic cases.

Your main responsibilities
Manage client accounts portfolio:
• Interact with billers in the customer organization, often face-to-face, using your influencing skills to overcome obstacles to receiving payments and using your problem-solving skills to try to build sustainable solutions to remove those obstacles
• Interact with Customer Accounts Departments (“AP”) to follow up on invoice approval and payments processes; use of telephone communication and emails;
• Monitor payment arrangements to ensure that any non-compliance is adhered to and escalated by the client through the client AP organization and through the internal engagement team hierarchy
• Negotiate with clients to reduce delays imposed by their internal working capital decisions and policies, approval bottlenecks, and other reasons for payment delays
• Dispute Management: Record and chase progress of billing disputes internally. Support root cause resolution by sharing knowledge with upstream business owners and developing root cause solutions to internal lead time and invoice quality issues
• KYC procedures: maintain updated records of customer invoice approvals and payment processes; Work to harmonize internal and external operations to ensure that receivables are reduced
• Business Development Process and Methods: Constantly looking for better ways to work across the customer-to-cash engagement lifecycle and working with engagement teams to help improve their processes and practices
• AR Customer Account Service: Track invoice delivery to customers, chase progress in participating teams and record status in
• Addition tool. Issuance of customer statements, copies of invoices, etc.; Create payment requests where payments are dictated by customers/local practices
• Support the timely allocation of customer payments, working with financial engagement teams. Work with these AP departments on account adjustments

To qualify you must have

• 5+ years of financial experience, with a particular focus on working capital, credit risk, billing and collections
• For the internal candidate knowledge of our engagement lifecycle with a deep understanding of our billing and cash collection processes
• An unparalleled drive to identify root causes and support remediation efforts, through an uncompromising spirit of problem solving
• Knowledge of government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and how they work, specifically about approving and paying bills

Ideally, you will also have
• Ability to influence across functional teams, process owners and local leaders
• Understand service offerings in a professional services environment
• Experience in deploying new tools and ways to work in remote teams
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and their use in a dynamic environment
