To ensure that the highest level of personal service is provided to guests at all times, to inform supervisors of guest complaints or issues if an immediate solution is not found and to ensure follow up with guests. Awareness of hotel activities and proper delivery of pending points to follow up on the next shift and work is critical to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, to perform established opening and closing procedures of the workplace as assigned, to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage, to handle cash and credit card payments. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage related services and products, and have the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations, to increase sales and cross-selling. The general responsibilities are to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times, to maintain good relationship and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments. Full support of supervisors and team is essential, for any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Ideally, you have a relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. At least two years of practical experience in hotel operations.
