WSP is looking for a translator to provide technical and legal translation for a large project in Saudi Arabia.
Your new role, what is your role?
Responsibilities:
Studying the source text to understand the meaning and converting it into Arabic/English to convey the original meaning, spirit and feeling
– Translating tender documents, contract agreements, exchange of letters and reports from English to Arabic and vice versa
Understand the role of the job and its potential business impact
Use the latest translation software to ensure translation consistency within documents and help with efficiency
Proofreading and editing of the final translated versions
Consult subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to appropriately understand and translate specialized concepts
Adheres to industry quality standards to ensure that all work performed follows legal and ethical obligations
We would love to hear from you if you have:
requirements:
– University degree in English
– Fluent in English and Arabic in writing (reading and writing) and verbally
– Nearly 10 years of relevant work experience,
Experience with a multidisciplinary consultant/contractor would be beneficial
– Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
