Overview
The Traffic Coordinator organizes the shipment of goods to customers, in accordance with the SHE programme, quality requirements (target 98% OTD), the policy of intimacy with the customer and in relation to negotiated freight rates with an emphasis on cost efficiency.

Responsibilities and duties
• Zino control report screen to identify unloaded shipments.
• Determine the goods to be shipped after availability, customer request, traffic instructions, delivery priority and transit times.
• Contact customer service if customer credit is blocked.
• Dealing with requests received on the Jindal Films Europe Traffic joint mailbox from various departments relating to the creation of DNs, new shipments and remediation of existing issues.
• Calculate the quantity to be loaded in the trailer/container.
• Build shipments and send confirmation to selected carriers, (mostly through the TRANSPOREON interface).
• Analyzing the request and proposing different alternative solutions (in transit time and price) to the applicant.
• Organizing shipment at the best cost/service.
• Reduce shipment costs by identifying opportunities for clubs to increase shipment volume.
• KPI’s Shipping Report (Fast Shipping, Non-Optimal Shipping…).
• Search for alternative carriers in case shipments are not accepted by the designated carrier (relevant validation insurance).
• Analyze requests from all parties carriers, sales, customers, etc…, and provide the answer and/or solution in a timely manner.
• Act as an interface between customer service and carriers to improve the service provided to the customer.
• Actively participate in weekly logistics calls (putting issues and proposing solutions to supervisor).
• Provide support to the Director of Distribution and Warehousing.

Qualifications and skills
• Diploma in Engineering / Industrial / Secondary Education.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (oral and written), other European languages ​​an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
