• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Obtaining supplier/sub-laborator costs when necessary.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers.
• Attend clarification meetings/site visits with the client when required.
• Ensure that the bids meet the company’s commercial guidelines and have the necessary signature as per the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Take responsibility for all associated delivery documents in case of an order.
• Participate in and actively support the company’s initiatives.
• Getting to know the general specifications and market requirements.
• Familiarity with the risks and dangers within the activities and operations of the role and the procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate risks.
• All other duties related to the position.
• Develop accurate project specifications for the company and technical reports for clients.
• Create regulatory documents related to safety issues.
• Good understanding about power plant and oil and gas project requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• 7-8 years of experience in dealing or working with Operation and Maintenance clients including preparing tenders for projects
• Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
• General MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Primavera/MS Project.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
