What will you do:
– Answer all calls in a fast and efficient manner as per hotel standards and divert calls to related accessories
Receiving, processing and transmitting any requests or complaints received from guests and clients to the Duty Manager and the concerned department
– Assisting the reception team in preparing for the daily arrival and welcoming the guests
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage in a 5-star hotel setting
Knowledge of the opera system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
