Our latest opportunity is for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our award winning team (2021 LinkedIn Best Talent Acquisition Team – MENA) based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for overseeing KEO’s talent acquisition operations and programs, in conjunction with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, throughout the Gulf region and Europe. This role acts as a pivotal support across all lines of business in their quest for excellence by attracting and acquiring exceptional and diverse talent to meet strategic objectives.

We envision success in this role to include:
Searches for best practices, innovative and strategic tools for operational excellence.
Ensures accountability of all parties involved in the recruitment process for compliance with requirements for applicant tracking, interviews and recruitment. Develops and maintains performance measures that provide directional clarity, benchmarking, and insight for improvements to programs and processes.
Develops strong relationships with managers and human resources to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring current and future requirements are met.
Manages the applicant tracking system, provides user training and adjusts the system to meet requirements, as well as ensuring effective use of the system. Oversees the order management process.
Leverages technology to support recruitment and hiring initiatives.
Develops and manages metrics to measure the effectiveness of the overall recruitment process. Develops departmental policies.
Develops and manages the KEO recruitment brand and supervises and approves marketing and advertising roles.
Acts as a primary point of contact for establishing/maintaining relationships with third party suppliers such as recruitment advertising agencies and job board providers. Ensures fulfillment of Service Level Agreements.
Oversees all candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey thus far will include:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience with the last 2 years in a leadership role.
Previous experience in hiring a number of professional staff including a minimum of 400-500 assignments per year, 1,000 proposal roles per year etc.
Knowledge in architecture, engineering and/or structural recruitment is required.
Familiarity with enterprise level applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource programs. Previous experience with iCIMS ATS is preferable but not necessary.
– Proven track record that can be demonstrated in direct supply models, ie. Minimum 98% + direct appointments per year.
Knowledge of GCC labor law and legislative requirements.
Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns, projects and client relationships.
Experience in managing or actively participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition.
– Degree or Master’s degree qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or equivalent preferred.
CIPD, SHRM, REC or equivalent are highly regarded.
