Sustainable Development Minister receives winners of King Hamad Youth Empowerment Award to Achieve SDGs

Manama, Nov. 28 (BNA): Minister of Sustainable Development, Noor bint Ali Al-Khalif, affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to support the creativity and aspirations of young people. She stressed the care and support provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Bahraini youth. It also praised the support of His Majesty the King’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The Minister was speaking while receiving the winners of the King Hamad Award for Youth Empowerment to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. I extended my sincere congratulations to His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister on the success of the fourth session of the Global Award. She also congratulated the winners, wishing them more success. She emphasized the role of the award in encouraging young people to contribute to enhancing the well-being of their societies and achieving the goals of sustainable development.
