The Oracle Digital Renewal Center (DRC) is one of the largest support groups in Oracle and manages the renewal of Oracle Support Service contracts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities:
The Support Renewal Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of Oracle Support Service contracts for existing small, medium and large customers and addressing any resulting inquiries customers may have regarding their contracts.
Customer Assistance (CAT): The primary point of contact for incoming calls, conversations and Renewal Service Requests (RSR) to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The CAT will resolve incoming issues, proactively educate clients, and direct complex incoming issues to other disciplines.
Data Management (DMT): Handles all complex and time-consuming issues to include requotes, cancellations, terminations, merging, mass updates, restore support, and extended support release. You must ensure that all approvals are obtained and that all policies are also adhered to as part of the process.
Booking (BKT): Ensure all support renewals are properly booked by validating all incoming information and resolving all booking failures and OA denials. Work with clients to ensure they accept support renewals via my support renewals and assist them with the process when needed.
expertise:
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer services or related field. A sound understanding of the area and client behavior and a keen interest in developing this knowledge is an added advantage. The position will require working flexibly and openly with a wide range of team members.
