What will you do:
Maintain a high level of equipment cleaning training.
Transporting plates, cups and silverware for every occasion.
Maintain a clean workstation and maintain it at all times.
Ensure that dishes are clean and sterile.
– Responsible for operating the kitchen cleaning equipment
– Implement energy saving measures and help the department reduce energy cost
Participate in the energy conservation program in hotels
