Speaker, UAE counterpart discuss ways to enhance parliamentary cooperation

Abu Dhabi, Feb. 8 (BNA): Speaker of Parliament Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam met today with Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghobash.

The meeting comes within the framework of the current official visit of a delegation from the House of Representatives to the United Arab Emirates, at the invitation of the President of the Federal National Council.

During the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Federal National Council in the United Arab Emirates, the two sides affirmed the depth of the strong fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, in light of the steadfast interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the President of the State.
