Space Talks 2022 successfully launched

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): The National Space Science Agency (NSSA) recently conducted its first space talks of the year.

In its third year of promoting conversations about space in all its important parts and celebrating people who are making strides in space exploration, the Space Talks online event attracted participants including a young boy with strong interests in astronomy.

The initiative aims to get young people excited about space science and set their sights on the sky above and beyond. This begins with sparking a strong interest in STEM topics and seeking guidance and inspiration from enthusiasts, advocates, and space movers.

Participate in the webinar as a private participant; Thabet Al-Qaisiyah, the Emirati owner and co-founder of the Nebula Observatory in Abu Dhabi.

His passion project that began in 2016 is located in the middle of the desert and gives skywatchers from this side of the world the unique pleasure of seeing the universe in view day in and day out. He believes that giving people a unique perspective from which they can gaze into space will awaken their innate fascination with space.

The one-hour special took place on Zoom and saw a lively interaction from the participants who followed it.
