Scope and objectives

The therapist performs all massage and body treatments in a safe and professional manner, keeping abreast of the latest trends and service protocols, all in an effort to provide a relentless experience to the guest.

Work responsibilities

Adhere to spa policy and standard operating procedure manual.
Act as a Spa Ambassador representing brand values ​​to colleagues to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing brand values ​​and Accor. This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Familiar with all aspects of spa and facility treatments and treatments.
– Carrying out massage and body treatments in a safe, professional and healthy way.
Maintaining an ample stock of products necessary to perform treatments, all in an organized and elegant manner.
– Report on appointments on time and accurate review of appointments after completion of each service.
Always maintain a polite, friendly and professional demeanor with the guests.
– Assisting in reception operations and thermal areas whenever possible.
Maintain current professional license.

Administrative and Financial Responsibilities

Keep proper tracking of guest consultation forms and make sure every guest signs one prior to treatment.
Responsible for contributing to the monthly retail and treatment goals.

Guest quality and operational excellence

Recognize the arrival of all VIP guests arriving at both the spa and hotel.
Ensure that the facility is in peak condition at all times.
Responsible for driving the guest experience and communication between colleagues to coordinate smooth delivery of the guest sequence.
Ensure that guest/members preferences and requests are met to the best of the property’s capabilities.
– Conducting treatment according to brand standards and contributing to positive reviews of the spa from guest satisfaction surveys.
Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
Handle any complaints, comments or concerns of guests with caution and urgency.

Talent and culture / team communication

Participate in daily/monthly communication meetings.
Support the rest of your colleagues on demand.
Understand and abide by the Accor Code of Ethics.

Health, hygiene and safety

Follow all property safety procedures and practices.
Ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the first priority.
– Reporting to management about broken equipment.
Report any potential hazards or emergencies so that they can be corrected immediately.
Dealing with emergency situations with urgency and caution.
Maintain peak A/C of the facility at all times through cleanliness and hygiene.

Education and experience

Graduated from an accredited school of massage therapy.
– At least two years experience in the field of massage or body therapist.
Experience and awareness of different treatment protocols, massage, face and body.
– Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or day spa is recommended.
