Manama, Feb. 2 (BNA) The Governor of the South, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, affirmed the governorate’s continuous follow-up to development services and projects in coordination with the competent authorities.
This came during an online meeting with citizens, which was held in the presence of the Deputy Governor of the South, Brigadier General Issa Thamer Al-Dosari, and a number of officers and senior officials.
His Highness the Southern Emir stressed, during the virtual council, the partnership and joint coordination with government agencies to meet the needs of citizens and achieve their aspirations, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and with the support of His Royal Highness. His Highness the Southern Governor expressed his happiness to meet the citizens, stressing that communication has always been an approach that reflects cohesion among citizens in the Southern Governorate. He listened to citizens’ opinions and suggestions, stressing their keenness to follow them up in coordination with the relevant authorities.
