what are you going to do

We’re looking for a social media-obsessed, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinker. A cool and smart fashion person with a new take on social sharing. We are looking for someone who is strongly connected to the GCC market as well as familiar with the international social media landscape.

Role purpose: The Social Media Specialist role will be responsible for creating and implementing all social media content and engagement strategies across all media channels. This role requires someone who will act as the voice of the Level for the community; Understand how and when to connect on Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIN and Twitter.

Create original and forward-thinking content that reflects the Level brand and audience
Work closely with our creative content team to conceptualize and develop visual and video content across all channels
– Create, maintain and share weekly and monthly content calendars for each platform
– Communicate with our customers through all social media customers, while maintaining the tone of voice of Level Shoes
Responsible for social media strategy, which focuses on engagement, acquisition and retention of brand advocacy
Ensure that social media content is posted on the right channels to connect with the right audience in the right way
– Responsible for all five social platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIN, Facebook and Twitter
Leverage the right internal talent and external influencers to represent content and brand level
Work closely with the CRM team to understand key customers and generational audiences on different platforms
– Perform continuous data analytics to increase social media engagement
Work closely with the Marketing, PR and Creative team to ensure social content growth is one of the key competitive advantages of the Level brand.
Work alongside the purchasing team to ensure key products and drops are properly highlighted and positioned according to brand strategies
– Maintain social media image through all social contacts
Keeping abreast of the trending content of Gulf and international competitors
Work with the studio and e-commerce team to ensure consistency across brand image and tone of voice across multiple channels

What you will need to succeed

4-6 years of experience in social media
– Expert of different SM channels
– Experience TikTok and Instagram
– Arabic speakers
Fashion/Luxury Industry is an added advantage
