what are you going to do
Building and maintaining guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
– Handling customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and uses of the product and services
Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting those needs and meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Advise customers on the product ranges best suited to their needs
Explain the use and benefits of various brands and products
– Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make-up knowledge
– Drive skin care sales during events, promotions and launches
Store-wide selling target tracking
– Create daily sales reports
Contribute to the achievement of incentives
– Post-launch sales tracking at the store level
Guaranteed access to monthly makeup sessions
Ensures that in-store marketing levels are met as per brand guidelines
Ensure in-store stock is replenished on appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
– Report stock shortage using stock order form
Ensure receipt of stock as per set procedures
– Analyzing customer needs, instructing the customer regarding the required product and advising on usage
Follow up on the client’s recovery
– Building private clients and remote communication through several social media platforms to update new releases
Educating customers about the most appropriate range of products to use
Recommend the right products for the specific skin type
Explain the use of many skin care products
Ensure a high level of expertise while performing professional facial treatments
– Attend detailed training on products, their contents and various unique points
