Manama, May 9 (BNA): Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh praised the noble approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, praising the members of the Shura Council for protecting Islamic values and preserving the nation’s constants.
He praised the directives of His Majesty the King to adopt the principles stipulated in the National Action Charter and the Constitution as a solid basis for formulating educational curricula and raising generations at various educational stages.
He said, “The Kingdom of Bahrain has been known throughout history for its adherence to Islam, and its adoption of a bright faith, approach, and tolerant law.”
He praised the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for its adherence to lofty Islamic ideals in educational curricula.
He praised the order of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the Minister of Education Immediately stopping any changes made to the Kingdom’s educational curricula that are not compatible with Bahraini national values designed to protect religion and its basic pillars and ensure that educational curricula adhere to Islamic teachings, in line with the National Action Charter and the Constitution.
Al-Saleh praised the role of scholars in advocacy, instilling the principles of Islam, and promoting the values of loyalty and national belonging.
He renewed the commitment of the legislative branch of the government to support everything that supports the basic national pillars and preserves the Islamic faith.
