Manama, May 14 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, sent a congratulatory message to the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghobash, on the occasion of the election of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nayan as President of the United Arab Emirates.
In the telegram, he wished His Excellency success in leading his country and people towards further development, progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.
Al-Saleh also sent a similar cable of congratulations to the country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
