Manama, April 30 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, praised the sincere efforts of national competencies in supporting the process of development and sustainable economic growth in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He emphasized the comprehensive development witnessed by the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Speaker of the Shura Council praised the government’s programs to give priority to citizens in the labor market, praising the close and direct follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He also praised his keenness to support national efforts to improve the reality of the national workforce and to confirm Bahraini competencies and their high and distinguished capabilities.
The Speaker of the Shura Council, on the occasion of International Labor Day, expressed his appreciation for the remarkable role played by Bahraini workers, describing them as one of the pillars of any success achieved by the Kingdom of Bahrain. He pointed out that the Kingdom’s participation alongside the rest of the world in celebrating International Workers’ Day is an appreciation for their honorable record of dedication and hard work. He added that the Kingdom of Bahrain has a developed legislative system that emphasizes the protection of workers’ rights. He stressed the Shura Council’s keenness to issue and update laws aimed at keeping pace with the continuous development in the labor sector.
The Shura Council Speaker expressed his congratulations to all workers and trade unions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
